Establishment conditions

Evolis is to play a key role in the development of the region. For this project, Intermunicipal Leiedal and the Kortrijk region have resolutely opted for sustainability, high quality and innovation. Indeed, a shift in emphasis is required if the region is to maintain its current level of prosperity. It is, therefore, essential to attract innovative, future-oriented and first-rate companies and that is exactly what Evolis does.

A rigorous selection procedure. Every application is submitted to an independent selection committee, which is responsible for evaluating the applications of prospective buyers on the basis of a number of criteria. After an in-depth analysis and evaluation, the committee then submits a report to Intermunicipal Leiedal, which takes the final decision. Below you will find an overview of the different phases:
