Ecological network

 The ecological network in the Evolis business park integrates and enhances valuable existing landscape features. It comprises: 3D simulatie van de luipaardstraat

  • wetlands with a small marsh forest,
  • ponds and dry scrubland,
  • the former railway embankment with ecological ditch,
  • wide green belts with rainwater drainage channels and buffer basins,
  • a green strip along the E17.

The ecological triangle situated near the former railway embankment and Keizerstraat has been preserved and extended.  The area of approximately 6000 m² will be landscaped in an ecologically sound manner.

The maintenance of the green spaces, trees and ecological areas will be a joint effort, co-ordinated by the park manager.
