AutoBy car. Evolis is located near an exit from the E17 international motorway, which connects the Kortrijk region with Ghent and Antwerp to the north, and Lille and Paris to the south. This international connection makes it possible to reach London by car in 2.5 hours, Paris in 2 hours, Brussels in 1 hour and Amsterdam in 3 hours. The region is has very few, if any, traffic jams and offers rapid connections to other major traffic axes.

 


HST

By high-speed train. The Lille-Europe HST station is the busiest HST hub in the world and is only 25 kilometres from Evolis. This hub offers direct connections to Brussels (38 minutes), Paris (58 minutes), London (1 hour 40 minutes), Cologne (3 hours) and Amsterdam (3 hours 35 minutes).

By train. Kortrijk railway station is 4 kilometres from Evolis. It offers direct connections to cities such as Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Bruges and Lille. The region also boasts a rail container terminal (8 kilometres from Evolis).

By plane. The Kortrijk region has its own airport, known as Kortrijk-Wevelgem International Airport. This airport, 8 kilometres from Evolis, is mainly used for business flights and cargo transport. Other international airports within a 100 km radius are located at Brussels (Brussels Airport), Lille (Aèroport de Lille) and Ostend (Ostend Airport). 

 

 

Boot

By ship. The River Leie flows through the Kortrijk region. This river is part of the new Seine Nord connection, designed for the transport of goods by inland waterway between the River Seine (and the Paris region) on the one hand, and the ports of Dunkirk, Antwerp and Rotterdam on the other.  The region boasts two inland container terminals: the Avelgem AVCT-container terminal (13 km from Evolis) and the Wielsbeke River Terminal (20 km from Evolis).
